WP3 – Development and refining of strategies for innovation, training and outreach
Work Package 3 is led by DTI and aims at supporting work between Research Infrastructures to nurture best practices and concepts, developing strategies, tools, branding and marketing materials, which will be used to maximise RI engagement with industry.
Informed by the surveys carried out in WP2, which will provide an insight into the obstacles to the RI-industry relations, strategic advice for and training of industry engagement staff and support network between ILOs and ICOs will also be finalised under this WP as well as recommendations for harmonised indicators to measure the performance of ILO/ICOs’ activities.
The set of best practices and strategies developed under WP3 will be implemented through pilot projects in WP4. The experience and lessons learned from WP4 will be used as a feedback loop to fine-tune the work carried out in WP3.
