WP1 – Project management and ENRIITC Network coordination
Work Package 1 is led by ESS and concerns the management of the project, enabling and stimulating efficient exchange of information. It facilitates dynamic collaboration among project partners and assures a well-operated network of ILOs, ICOs, and project Associates. Specific objectives are:
- Proper implementation of the Work Plan and the achievement of ENRIITC objectives,
- Efficient day-to-day management of the project,
- Monitoring and on-time delivery of technical and financial reports,
- Establishment and maintenance of effective communication with the European Commission,
- Facilitation of proper interactions between collaborating partners,
- Organisation of project meetings and networking events,
- Establishment of the Network of ILOs, ICOs and Associates, facilitation of contacts among Network members, and assessment of the Network’s long-term sustainability.
